    • Guided visits start at the exact time indicated on your ticket.

    • Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes.

    • All visitors must present a valid entrance ticket upon arrival.

    • Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be modified after purchase.

    • Youth ticket holders may be asked to present proof of age at the entrance.

    • Both printed and digital tickets are accepted. If you cannot print your ticket, simply show it on your smartphone or tablet.

    • Tickets are only valid on the selected date and time.

    • The collection is wheelchair accessible.

    By Metro
    Lines 1 and 5 – Stop: Sainte-Catherine

    By Train and On Foot

    • Take the train to Brussels South Station (Gare du Midi).

    • Exit near the South Tower (Tour du Midi).

    • Continue straight along Europalaan, turn left onto Zuidlaan, then right onto Zennestraat until the junction with Anneessensstraat.
