Guided visits start at the exact time indicated on your ticket.

All visitors must present a valid entrance ticket upon arrival.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be modified after purchase.
Youth ticket holders may be asked to present proof of age at the entrance.
Both printed and digital tickets are accepted. If you cannot print your ticket, simply show it on your smartphone or tablet.
